Our services are led by Dr Natalie Boffa, therapeutically endorsed optometrist and co-founder, whose examinations are calm, spacious, and deeply personal, and Emma Buckley, our Practice Manager and co-founder, who curates the frame collection and the retail experience with more than fifteen years of eyewear expertise across APAC.

Comprehensive clinical eye care, a carefully curated collection of independent and luxury eyewear houses, and an on-site lab, all at 112 Little Collins.
Every examination includes OCT and ultra-widefield retinal imaging. Our on-site lab, a rare and defining feature within Melbourne's CBD, allows us to deliver same-day lenses for many prescriptions.
Medicare rebates are processed on the spot, and HICAPS handles private health claims instantly.

A considered clinical examination with Dr Natalie Boffa, including OCT and ultra-widefield retinal imaging as standard. Around 30 minutes, unhurried, with therapeutic care available where it is needed. Medicare rebate processed on the spot.

Same-Day Glasses
Prescription lenses cut, glazed and fitted in our on-site lab, often the same day. One of the few on-site lens labs in the Melbourne CBD. Custom lens tinting, precision fittings and frame repairs all carried out in house.

Therapeutically endorsed clinical care
Dr Natalie Boffa is a therapeutically endorsed optometrist with more than a decade of experience in independent Melbourne practice and multidisciplinary ophthalmology settings. That means diagnosis and ongoing management of conditions such as dry eye, glaucoma, ocular allergies and infections, without a separate referral. Medicare rebate is processed on the spot, with a small out-of-pocket difference.

Our in-house lab cuts, edges and fits lenses on site, enabling same-day turnaround for many prescriptions. Custom lens tinting, precision fittings and frame repairs are all handled in the same room, by the same team.

Curated by Emma, whose more than fifteen years across APAC shape every piece in the room.

No. You can book directly with us. Medicare rebates apply to eligible examinations, with or without a GP referral, and we process the rebate on the spot.
Six Six is a private billing practice. We charge a standard fee for our comprehensive examinations and process your Medicare rebate during your visit, leaving only the small out-of-pocket difference. For optical purchases, HICAPS handles your private health fund claim instantly at the counter.
A comprehensive eye examination at Six Six typically takes 30 minutes. That includes vision testing, refraction, binocular function, OCT, ultra-widefield retinal imaging, and a full ocular health review with Dr Boffa.
Yes, for many prescriptions. Six Six has one of the few on-site lens labs in the Melbourne CBD, which means most single-vision and many standard multifocal lenses can be cut, glazed and fitted while you enjoy the rhythm of the city. More complex lens designs typically take two to five working days, and we confirm the turnaround at the point of order.
Yes. Our examinations are suitable for children, and are carried out at a pace that suits the guest in the chair. Parents are welcome to sit in, and our team will walk children through each step of the examination.
Yes. We conduct the vision assessment required for VicRoads driver licence renewals and issue the supporting paperwork during the appointment.
